Cats from Gulf coast to arrive for adoption in Norfolk
NORFOLK Thirty cats displaced by the Gulf oil spill will be available for adoption today. The cats are set to arrive at the Norfolk headquarters of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, at 501 Front St., around 9 a.m.
